ok. I've been here a few months haven't found much for help in the cpost and comments, but it's enjoyable to know I'm not the only huge mental mess in the world now days. I had a closed head injury accident a long time ago (10/21/1993). I have depression, anxiety, developed a bit of ptsd from a relationship a while ago. lately I've been really depressed and don't know why. it's hard to work on yourself when you don't know where to start. meds don't always work for me. I've been on a bunch of meds over the last 28 years, it's not funny. I keep trying to find something to help me out but no avail. over the years I have learned a lot of it is just life kicking you when you're already down. I understand a lot as I've been through a lot in my life. I'm always willing to listen to others to try and help them. I know I'll be fine somehow. I always manage to hold myself together for some strange reason. I also know I need to work on me. not sure what I want or need from this post but I thought I'd put it out there and see if anything helps. thanks for reading my short story.

Thanks for sharing, so true about life, sometimes you feel like a pinball bouncing around feeling like no end in sight, but we have to keep faith and push through knowing things will get better. 🙏
