I am suffering from extreme anxiety and depression. it's debilitating and affecting my life in so many ways. I'm frustrated as I can't seem to move forward.

Have you seen a doctor about it yet? Not sure of your specific situation, but I've finally gotten my anxiety under control with meds. I just got put on a new med two weeks ago and the difference in now and a week ago is night and day. Now I'm working on my depression with talk therapy.
