I just broke down and cried in my car, I’m so tired of holding everything in, and hate being judged for depression and anxiety. It takes everything in me to get out my bed and face the world everyday. Family and friends make comments like it’s not that bad and oh get over it. I can’t get over not fitting in this world and feeling like I don’t belong. I just don’t know how to cope please anyone have any suggestions on how to clear my mind? I’m too anxious to start therapy right now but it’s on my list of things to do I just need encouragement to kick start this healing journey

Know that you can do it. Positive affirmations do help. I Yelp myself that I'm deserving of good things and I can do hard things. Also there's so many videos for guided meditation. After I do a full round really concentrating, I feel like I could take on the world.

Stop trying to fit in. If you don't belong to the incrowd don't try to force yourself to fit. If you are a start don't try to fit in a circle babes. 💯 you have to love you, heal you, take care of you. Trust me. It's going to be hard, at time it may be lonely. But you are not alone. I am still going through my journey of healing. But believe me you will make it. 🤗💕❤️ I've taken so many methods and lessons from motivators and encorporated them into my daily living and I am doing what makes me happy again with a new mindset and I have not felt so free. Accept people for who they show you they are the first time and then focus on you. You can't change them but you can improve yourself to be the best version of yourself for yourself queen.
