ive been in such a deep depressive episode for the past few weeks or so. its so strange to me, i was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at the same time- around two years ago- but only prominently dealt with anxiety. the depressions come out of nowhere. i feel so empty and everyday i just go to school, work, and home all sluggish and slow-its miserable. this week, everyday ive come home sobbing and today my father started crying while hugging me, i felt horrible for making him feel that way. i spoke with my psychologist today, but i still cant shake this feeling.
