wednesday was my first day back at work after taking some annual leave before christmas due to my mental and physical health. i was feeling genuinely positive for once, but then i collapsed 45 minutes into the work day and have spent the last two days in hospital whilst the doctors tried to figure out what's wrong. i was diagnosed with two new conditions and i honestly feel really overwhelmed because i was trying so hard to stay on top of the conditions i already have which is hard enough and now i have another two chronic conditions on top of them (one very rare which has kinda scary symptoms) that have no medical cure and which i basically have to just "cope" with. i honestly feel like i have no hope for a healthy future at this point despite still being young. i'm in pain every day and i just don't know how to motivate myself or stay positive anymore.
