Struggling with Multiple Diagnoses, Chronic Conditions, and Domestic Abuse

I get where you're coming from with the multiple diagnoses and the impact that has on every aspect of your life. Thankfully I have a wonderful partner who helps make my life livable (both by helping me physically but also by making me laugh and giving me a reason to carry on fighting). So I can't imagine having to deal with a break up on top of everything else. Sounds like you're having a rough time of it in general - keep at it and remember that at some point you'll look back on all the horrific things and realise how much stronger its made you. I know it doesn't feel like that now but trust me it will get better
