Struggling with Multiple Diagnoses, Chronic Conditions, and Domestic Abuse

Hi. My mental health (and physical health) is desperately affected by the numerous diagnoses made this year, as well as grieving a breakup during my sickness which left me housebound for many months, dealing with the news of multiple chronic conditions on top of being unemployed and needing to move out of current accommodation due to domestic abuse. I have no emotional support from anybody. I’d like to connect with others experiencing the same struggles and suffering.

I get where you're coming from with the multiple diagnoses and the impact that has on every aspect of your life. Thankfully I have a wonderful partner who helps make my life livable (both by helping me physically but also by making me laugh and giving me a reason to carry on fighting). So I can't imagine having to deal with a break up on top of everything else. Sounds like you're having a rough time of it in general - keep at it and remember that at some point you'll look back on all the horrific things and realise how much stronger its made you. I know it doesn't feel like that now but trust me it will get better
