Hi, I’m new to Bpd and I was just wondering how you all manage it. I was recently diagnosed when I turned 18 and I’m still trying to manage but can’t seem to do so. Any suggestions?

It takes practice and therapy. And practicing what you learn in therapy. Crazy ex girlfriend is a show that Rebecca rhe main character gets diagnosed with bpd. It's funny but sometimes too relatable. So be careful. They are pretty accurate about meds and diagnosing
