Looking for BPD Support

hello! I hope you are well. I've been dealing with BPD for a long time now and only got it recently diagnosed. wondering if anyone else is out there that understands BPD.

I understand. I have only had the diagnosis for three years. I guess my recklessness is pretty bad.

I don't know if I'd say I understand it totally but had it for a long time as well and have tried many things to help
