Since my episode with my husband yesterday where I lost my cool and freaked out I feel like not even moving from my bed, it’s beautiful out and have some errands to run but I just feel so terrible, ashamed and disgust with myself and not being able to tackle my anger better and even move on from pain inflicted on my mentally years ago. Just plain tired of struggling and never feeling I am making any break through.

I am so sorry that you're going through this. I too sometimes suffer with anger..... used to never though. But with age I have noticed that it has come on. I have fibromyalgia and anxiety really bad along with other things and I have noticed that that just makes things worse to top it off I have OCD. I have went off on my husband and my son my youngest many of times due to anxiety and OCD. And it seems like it takes me forever to calm down. But once I am I do make sure that I apologize. They understand because they both also suffer from things themselves. It is okay hun we all have our days to where we just have to let go. Just make sure you do apologize and give him lots of loving.
@Vakara ❤️ thank you , I certainly do apologize infact it takes me almost two days to recover from how I acted.
