I’ve gotten everything I asked and prayed for: a healthy family, a car, a job, less anxiety, and good grades. I’m not happy because I’m still thinking about my ex. We might be on a “break” for a few months but I still can’t find happiness. I can’t do anything without thinking of him and I’m just so depressed. He’s out having fun hanging out with his friends all the time and I can barely leave the house. I feel so ungrateful :(

If you guys went on a break yet it's been several months maybe it's time to stop fallowing his social medias so you can't see him. Seeing less of him may make it easier to move on. It's safe to say he is possibly with other partners during your break, every man, no matter how innocent I thought they were, always went with other women pretty fast once taking a break happened. It's sad stuff but thoughts on a rebound? I'm not talking 1 night stand I'm talking goin on a fun date with that one person who shows they care about you alot, or that one person who always looks at you when you enter a room, flirty eyes yada yada. Yano. Remind yourself that you are worth it. If he can't realize that, find someone who can! I know it's hard.... But this is how I always got over that kinda thing. Maybe something I said is helpful, maybe it's not. But I tried :) and that's all we can do. Is try.
