Struggling to Keep Up with My Meds

I've had a really hard time taking my meds in the last few years- I was diagnosed with pan-hypo-pituitarism as a kid so none of its new? but it's such a pain in the ass. remembering to take them, call them in, remembering to care, being fucking exhausted because I haven't taken them, getting a pitiful amount of energy from food because I also have an eating disorder. meds are irritating, I know I need them to be healthy but they feel like to much fucking work. bit they shouldn't be, it's just pills??? someone teach me how to care enough to keep up on them

THIS IS ME!!!!!! For some reason I don’t take stuff. My mom always gets on be about it and I can’t explain why I don’t take them. It should be sooo easy!

all these months later im still having the same issue! I think I found mine came back to medical fatigue- the idea of filling out paperwork or having to take meds every day, twice a day, until I die? Horrible

Agreed, especially when the medicine doesn’t make you feel any different when you take it so it’s hard to remember to take it
