I don't struggle with it much anymore. I depend on my meds to keep my depression, pain, and anxiety at bay. I have my routine ingrained. You just need time to adjust! I wish you luck and send you care!! ❤️❤️

My Mom says I have always hated taking me medicine. Even ibuprofen. Now I have a handful I take nightly and I hates it. My fiancé will hand them to me and watch me take them. (This is an arrangement I agreed to.) I tend to miss my morning pills though.
