Roll out of bed and head straight for the coffee machine. Or have a hot tea. Then I look up a few inspiring things and get dressed even if im home for the day

I try to be kind to myself waking up- I tell myself that 'self care is doing the things for yourself others can do for you' and getting out of bed is one of them... I also place my phone far from my bed with a EXTREMELY annoying alarm and I try not to sit back down

one of the things i'm working on with my therapist is trying to focus on logic rather than feelings. do i feel like getting up? no. am i physically able to get up? yes. do i need to get up so i can eat/go to the bathroom/do things? yes. if i wait until i 'want' to do things, i'll never do anything. it's way harder than it sounds, but when i consider the alternative (laying in bed all day) then the only logical choice is to get up. good luck, you're capable of making progress and getting better :)

I plan something that I like to do to basically reward myself for getting up. Maybe something as simple as getting myself my favorite coffee at Starbucks, or plan something with someone else and do something fun, like going to get breakfast at your favorite place. I usually have to trick my own brain into getting up. It seems silly, but it seems to work for me most of the time
