Anyone have a hard time accepting apologies and moving on? I've come to hate "I'm sorry" it's meaningless to me at this point. and when an argument is over, I'm still angry. anyone got any tips?

Yes. I’m the same way. It’s caused resentfulness is my relationship and I found that I needed to do some deep thinking. What are they apologizing for? Is it an action worthy of forgiveness? How many times have they repeated the action and said sorry? I don’t want to hear an apology from a repeat offender and my trust needs to be earned back.
I feel this way too sometimes. I know this sounds dorky but I listen to videos on YouTube for “radical acceptance” and sometimes binaural beats for positive vibes. That tends to really help me reset my emotions when I’m in the thick of it.
