Can't Stop Apologizing: Ruining Relationships

I have a similar thing with my GF, she actually had the same issue. We’ve just corrected each other in a nice way over and over. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yes, I just did it today when I missed a call for a new job offering. I kept saying sorry over and over, and now I feel like a fool. But I try not to let it get to me—a lot of the time there is not even anything to be sorry for! Mindfulness really helps with this. Look at the situation objectively maybe?
