Hello! I'm wondering about strategies for losing weight, that would work with my limitations. My biggest challenge is fatigue - I rarely have the energy to work out, and when I do I end up overworking myself to try and "catch up" (and inevitably end up hurting myself in the process). My diet is pretty healthy, so I'm not sure what I should do in order to lose a few pounds. Any advice would be welcome

I'm in the same boat but even when I do like 5 squats my legs feel just obliterated. I can't walk for days after I work out. I was told recently that yoga is one of the best types of exercise for fibro.
