any tips on how to loose weight without exercise. my fibromyalgia can make it impossible to move some days.

      It is hard as I also have fibro and many other things/conditions... I think probably ... 1. Set yourself smaller goals as they are more achievable ( makes you feel better) 2. Listen to your own body....by 2a asking yourself...are you really hungry? Why do you feel the need to eat that? Is it the best choice of food to eat at the time? Are you really thirsty?... 3. Plan all your meals and snacks/ treats out a week in advance...you can swap days but only buy what you need! 4. Never feel deprived of food you like...little is better than none, then over eating. 5. It isn't always about calories in calories out... just make good choices. 6. Go for walks if you can that's what I am looking to do when I can walk unaided. 7. Believe in yourself! 8. It isn't a race it... it didnt go on in one day so don't think it will be gone in 5 days! 9. Find a buddy who also wants to lose weight so you can help each other out. 10.Batch cook or large amounts and freeze them. I am sure you know these anyway. x
