How can i prevent this? So i have emetophobia and social anxiety which isn't a great mix at all. If im anxious I start to feel that feeling in my stomach. This causes me to mistake it for being a stomach ache which then leads to me feeling extra anxious which then leads to me feeling sick. I'm stuck in a loop. This is called overthinking, right? How can i stop overthinking in general and also about this?
