Stepdad purposely eats my safe foods

I am allergic to almost everything and can only eat like 4 foods. My stepdad knows this, and he’s also a narcissist so he purposely eats the only foods I’m not allergic to in order to get to me. Today, it happened again. He ate literally everything in the house I am not allergic to and I am left with like no food. Literally am about to have a panic attack. Any advice in coping with this? I try hiding the food in my room but he even goes in there and takes it.

      i'm so sorry. how old are you? do you have friends or family nearby who may be able to keep your food with them so that you can have more consistent access to it?

      Are you able to confide in your mother? That's absolute abuse. You shouldn't have to deal with that kind of treatment.

        @Weiss thankfully, yes. She does feel bad, but also knows there is not much she can do as he is abusive to her as well.

      😥 I’m so sorry your going through this - I would try talking to another adult or person in the house - confronting a narcissist is difficult my dad is one as well, my only advice would be to act like it doesn’t bother and try to get a decent meal outside the house that’s filling I know it’s ridiculous but he won’t be able to bother you in this way if there’s none of your food at home
