Dealing with Food Restrictions in Social Situations

does anyone else with food restrictions, in terms of having to eat specific foods, ever get tired of people eating foods you want but can't have in front of you? any advice on getting people to stop doing that?

I have that feeling every time someone eats something in front of me that I can’t have but maybe if you talk to them about it, they might listen. I kind of just learned to “deal with it” even though I don’t like to because wherever I go, people eat whatever they want anyway.

Yeah it’s discouraging and disappointing but unfortunately very few people are willing to watch what they eat in front of us my family basically just says their sorry and continue but my fiancé is good about trying to encourage me and eat stuff I can eat
