for those studying with long classes how do you stay focused on class. I swing and that helps my sensory input but then I wear myself out and have a seizure.ive tried fidgets but I find they distract me cause I focus on them and not my class

I take frequent short breaks of about 5-10mins every 45mins or so. Also I have music playing quietly in my headphones on one ear

For me it’s all about finding something interesting to keep you hooked! Us ADHD folk prioritize things based on interest, not importance, so finding something that interests you within the class will help you pay attention and get hw done! At least that’s what my adhd coach taught me

Some suggestions for staying focused in class include doodling, using a stim toy/tool, rocking, or listening to music if allowed by the teacher. However, it's important to find a method that works best for you without causing distractions or health issues.
