does anyone else get extremely fast and irrational thoughts while splitting ?? like tonight is the first night in like a month that i’m not with my FP and my brain keeps trying to convince me that he’s with another girl. it felt like i was in the speed round of a game show with how fast i was going through reasons why i’m being irrational followed by reasons why i’m rational and back and forth. i don’t think i would’ve stopped, but i scared myself with how fast i was changing emotions. i’m totally fine and feel good now, but those moments really make me feel like i’m losing it!
