I keep splitting on my partner and I feel absolutely awful about it. I don't know what to do.

      I always try to remind myself that it’s just part of the disorder and a result of trauma, and try to be kinder to myself, even if I’m having a really bad time with negative thoughts. It’s also good to try to ground yourself, and if you can’t do that then find something to focus on until you feel at least calm. Then talk to your partner about the splitting and how it affects your mental health.
