I get embarrassed when talking to a lot of people or in front of a crowd, I feel like they are judging me even if they don’t care. I get scared when I stutter or mispronounce something and I fear self-humiliation. My heart beats fast when I have to present something in front of a crowd and my body would also shake, like my hands or my legs and more. Basically also talking to people and it gets awkward or so.
