Shaking after speaking in class

I dont know if this has to do with my social anxiety or my ADHD or anything else, but is just me, that when i have to speak in class, like say im at my seat and my teacher calls on me and i answer, after i answer i always end up shaking and i try grabbing my hand to stop the shaking but it doesnt rlly work.

For me, it's mostly a mix of both as social anxiety, talking in front of people, and ADHD, making sure I did it correctly and am paying attention and that I actually heard my name and not someone else. Do you find yourself more focused during roll call than any other time? That might be the ADHD making you nervous which is mixed in with talking in front of people which would be anxiety.
