ADHD and Social Anxiety: Does Anyone Else Experience Self-Consciousness?

I've found that having ADHD plays a major part with my Social Anxiety. It fills me with doubt because mine tends to cause an incredible amount of self-consciousness. Does this happen to anyone else?

I feel like this all the time. I have horrible anxiety as well and making friends seems impossible. I get so red or rash out from being so anxious. Anytime I have a conversation with anyone I talk so fast and can't breathe. Sometimes I feel really dumb and it gets my way of doing normal things. I'm constantly overthinking and overwhelmed... It's horrible and I struggle with it everyday.

Yup. Yes. Yes it does. Mh-hm. Yeah. You are not alone. I overthink every single thing I say to anyone in the moment and for years to come. Yeah. ADHD deffinately is less than helpful because being socially anxious and hyper aware is...not thr best combination.

I definitely is not a wonderful combination.. It makes existing around others rather difficult heh.
