what are some sleep tricks people try? i feel baseline mentally and am doing really well with my mental health, but i cant sleep and im super tired all the time (havent even slept in the past couple days). nurse says go see a therapist and take melatonin (which has never worked) but I have been seeing my psychiatrist monthly and again feel mentally stable. trying to see if other than melatonin anyone has suggestions yoga, stratching, pillows, fans, podcasts, music, pacing, and breathing all have not worked

Honestly the best way to get my self to start sleeping well is to physically exhaust myself. Get 10,000 steps in a day. Work out a couple times. If I am inactive for too many days I struggle to sleep. When I physically exhaust myself I always sleep well.
