Sleep tips pls!! I feel like I’ve tried everything and im exhausted all the time because I can never get to sleep.

I have horrible sleeping problems and the one thing I have found that has helped me is ASMR. I was hesitant at first bc it seems a little odd but it's so relaxing. You have to find the right kind. Some of is bizarre. But once you do it's so helpful. That and meditation apps where I just listen and gradually fall sleep.
One thing that has helped me is reading before bed instead of playing on my phone or watching TV. Reading always puts me to sleep whereas I could stay up for hours watching a screen. Also, falling asleep to music or a TV show keeps your brain stimulated even while you’re sleeping which causes restlessness! So I highly recommend reading before bed :)

I use essential oils, yoga, meditation, and sometimes sleeping meds
I find taking a bath with a candle and the lights off helpful right before bed. As well has having some background noise like a fan or some music as I lay down
