Sharing My BPD Poetry to Help Others

Hi everyone! So, I write poetry to help cope and process through my tougher emotions, and i just had a pretty bad mood swing episode, where I was switching back and forth between anger and sadness rapidly every few seconds for about 20ish minutes. Afterwards, I wrote a poem about it, and realized that a lot of you might be able to relate to some of my poems, and possibly find comfort in that someone else has felt/feels the same/similarly to how you feel/gave felt. I have poems that display the intensity of being in a relationship with your FP (a BPD trait) and the aftermath of the breakup, the urges of SH and suicidal thoughts, various stages of depression, feeling anxious, the frustration of mood swings, the EXTREME frustration of not having an atypical mind, etc, etc. So, if anyone would like to read some, feel free to direct message me! Some people could be triggered by something someone else isn't triggered by, and I want to respect everyone's triggers and boundaries :). If you decide you want to read some poetry, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me possible triggers (you don't have to explain them or go into detail about what could trigger you. I won't ask questions or judge). For example, some poems are a bit more detailed about SH urges/potential actions, while others don't outright mention SH. Anyway, feel free to direct message me!
