Dealing with Severe Phone Anxiety

So for my job I have to make a lot of phone calls and I hate it. so what I do is I straight up write a script or bullet points of what I need to say almost word for word. My anxiety over the phone is being afraid that i’ll sound stupid, so have a planned out script helps me a little bit.
