I have severe gas and gurgling stomach every time I eat and I’ve started trying the whole df and gf thing but nothing helps

      @CmcC probably a lower fiber diet bc my doctor actually has to have me take a fiber supplement

      Have you tried FODMAP? Also, have you had a colonoscopy and endoscopy?

        @SJP I had a endoscopy once two years ago when these symptoms were beginning. They’ve majorly worsened now. But when I did they didn’t take biopsy samples and said my stomach was majorly red and inflamed
