Severe cramping after dreaming ab org****? I’ve always had bad cramping and periods but my birth control ring has been mostly stopping my bleeding fully and cramping too. Now I’ve been cramping on the first few days or even weeks of changing my birth control even though I’m not bleeding. I also cramp every time I org*** or even dream about it.
