Painful cramps outside of period, anyone else?

I've been having pain like cramps but I'm not on my period. anyone else have that problem or just me?

I haven't had a period in three and a half years and I still get cramps, but I do have severe endometriosis, so that probably plays a huge part

I don't think I have that. My doctor told me I just have abnormally severe cramps. To the point where I basically have contractions.
