I have trouble taking showers because of my sensory issues, and I’m look for suggestions to help with that. Does taking a bath instead help? Are there any soaps you guys like that have milder scents that help?

I use qv soap it's for sensitive skin comes in a bar or liquid and has no smell. It would also depend on the sensory issues for me it's the floor so I wear thongs in the shower.

For a while I was using baby soaps because they are super gentle with subtle scents.

@Somberose Thank you for the suggestion
I definitely prefer baths to showers. I also like to play music while I bathe :)

Some suggestions for dealing with sensory issues during showers include using a sponge bath, trying a shower head with a light setting, or placing a loofah over the shower head to soften the water pressure. Taking a bath instead might help, but it depends on individual preferences. Using strongly scented soap can help some people feel cleaner for longer, but if you prefer milder scents, you may need to experiment with different soaps to find one that works best for you.
