I've been having trouble with my self confidence when it comes to dating and relationships, and I think that has a lot to do with my anxiety problems. I'm 22 years old and the only two relationships I've ever had both ended abruptly and without warning. being broken up with suddenly like that really shook my confidence and sense of self worth, and I've had a hard time recovering even though I know my exes probably weren't the best for me anyway. Any advice?

You should take time to get to know yourself. Date yourself before you date anyone else! Go join clubs and go to events and classes that interest you. Buy yourself cute things. Treat yourself to nice food. Ask yourself questions. Write down the answers. What are your values? What are your favorite parts about your self? What are the traits of the people closest to you that you admire? Do you see those traits in yourself? Know that your self worth should come from the fact that you are a human being with a soul. Your are priceless. You can work on your self esteem, but no one can take away the fact that you have inherent worth just by existing. Every ancestor you’ve ever had has struggled and survived to make you. That’s crazy and special. Work on the self esteem so you can make them proud. And don’t worry about dating. Learn to love yourself first and you’ll become magnetic.

@Woo thank you for the kind words and advice! I've been trying to do some self improvement since my diagnosis. Some days it can be hard to convince myself that I am good enough, or at least going to be good enough for someone but ill try to take things one day at a time and keep my head up.
