I am going through something hard, my building nearly burned down a few days ago and I am displaced in a hotel with my partner and kids and my conditions are worsening....can anyone offer advice or support for trying to take care of yourself during emergency/disaster-type situations? š¤

Honestly, I've been in those situations more times than I'd like to admit, and I don't know how I made it thru, but I did. Even when it felt like everything was falling apart. You can only take things moment by moment, day by day for now. Don't be afraid to except help.
