Hi in 2020 around Christmas I Went into hospital by ambulance because I was having chest/rib cage pain and was tested for pretty much everything I was given an EKG and they found I was having an unknown cause case of Tachycardia really fast heart rate it was like 128bpm since then and even years before I've always gotten recurring symptoms such as Fast heart rate dizziness pre syncope nausea and vomiting Confusion Cold Sweats (The paramedics grabbed my hands to help me up and noticed my hands were cold and sweaty) I've also had just plain hot flashes Migraines and I've had recurring Upper Respiratory Tract Infections (have one now I believe) recurring sore throats probably due to that I had Covid once(after this all started). Strep throat multiple times when I was little and was diagnosed with Asthma at 5 My anxiety has always been sky high too I would love some help and to be pointed in the right direction to better myself and better my health and know I'm not the only one out there experiencing this Thanks in advance
