Heart palpitations and trouble breathing
So I’ve had tachycardia and palpitations for years. Recently they’ve increased to include trouble breathing, lightheadedness, and chest tightness. Today I went to the dr for it and have been told my symptoms are “heart failure esque “, which is only *slightly * terrifying. Anyone have anything similar?

If it helps, doctors tend to speculate out loud. Generally I wait for my test results.

Is it trouble breathing because of anxiety? Have you had an EKG or echo cardiogram?

I’ve had an EKG and it’s fine (I’ve had more than I can count and they are all fine). The dr put in a referral to cardiology and I’ll get an echo there
