Seeking Answers for Paresthesia Diagnosis

I've been suffering from intermittent paresthesia since I was 13 and none of my doctors have been able to tell me what the underlying cause is? does anyone else have the tingling and burning in the arms/hands/feet/legs that has been diagnosed with something?
