Just a curiosity question - I've been having a lot of problems with my teeth the last couple years that my dentist is saying are from clenching/grinding my teeth a lot and when I use my bite guard they go away. It seems like its worse during the winter months and I'm wondering if anyone else with seasonal mood disorders has issues with teeth clenching/grinding in association with their "down season"?
