I’ve started grinding my teeth extra bad in my sleep; I’ll wake up in the middle of the night with my jaw clenched and aching. I’ve been having headaches every day and I normally very rarely get headaches. I am guessing the headaches are due to the grinding/clenching. I’m going to see a dentist about a night guard, but that will be a month or two away. Does anyone have solutions for night time teeth grinding in the meantime?

Go to cvs or Walmart and get a moldable one for now. Not a sports guard but it'll specifically say night guard. Just to get u by
