i ruined something good, and i was blind to my actions until it was too late. i pushed someone to their breaking point, and i don't think i can fix it. it's causing my PTSD to flair up, as well as my anxiety. i feel hopeless, and i don't know what to do.

Well, a sincere apology and giving them space if they need it helps. I wouldn't sucker up to them entirely, but mentioning what you did wrong and how you could have acted would be good. Let them know your sorry and would like to still continue on if it comes to that. Tell them why you may have some it and confess to them entirely. Give it time if you have to.
