I am pre-diabetic....want can I do or take to reverse this..am already on a low carb diet

      Moving more is good for that. I was told by my diabetic educator to exercise three times a week for thirty minutes. So hard to get motivated for me. Not much room inside for me to move and I’m not a cold weather fan.

      I lost 10% of my body weight.... I my body mass was 52% .... after I lost the weight I had no more symptoms
