      I personally love having a goal planner and lots of to do lists. Not only does it help me keep track of what I need to do but it makes me feel accomplished when I look back and see all I’ve done. Sometimes I just need that bit of motivation and comfort to keep me pushing through stress and anxiety. For some people though, keeping track increases stress. So that depends on you!
