Redoing My Medication: Seeking Advice

How should I go about redoing my medicine completely? I'm beginning to move out on my own and I've started to realize that my medicine is more than likely slowing me down more than it is helping me. (I have serotonin overdose, hand tremors, hypersomnia, weight gain, etc). I'd also like to revisit my my diagnoses and reconfirm them. I was 9 when I was diagnosed with everything and given medicine, and I just feel as if it's outdated. Now that I'm moving for college and have potential opportunities to meet new psychiatric help, I wish to revisit my medicine and diagnoses. MEDICINE (I'm not sure if this is needed, but just in case it helps y'all answer lol) Trileptal (Oxcarbazepine) - 150 mg Buisiprone (Buspar) - 20 mg Escitaloporam (Lexapro) - 20 mg Methylphenidate (Concerta) - 27 mg

Stuff like that needs to be worked out with a psychiatrist. It is quite possible that it’s just not working for you anymore as you’ve grown up and you may need to experiment with new ones/less meds/different treatments/etc. but again, that can be a thorough discussion with a new psych. It can be a process to figure out which ones actually work!
