Struggling with finding the right meds for my mental health

Id say maybe try a fresh slate ASAP. Find local med and court legal works, specify your diet, work on the self, regain sleep, socialize better, and jump the ship of this label society. It’s your lifestyle. I heard a news report recently making the “façade” that it’s a thing you can get at least 50% better all disorders, not show symptoms anymore, note over time remission, and put any actually necessary meds on PRN so you don’t need “actual” follow ups with psychs n GPs. As for actualities, I’m the only family member to stop 🥃. It takes all kinds. Be kind to yourself and move on. Take it from someone somehow only on lithium atm But had various cocktails.
