Recurrent Sharp Pain in Lower Right Abdomen

Hello, my name is Amanda and for awhile now (I don’t really no exactly how long but it feels like over a year if not for awhile) I have experience recurrent sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. It comes and goes, sometimes I won’t feel it for weeks, month. It also sometimes is tender to the touch. I’ve noticed that if I pass wind the pain will most of the time subside along with the tenderness. Has anyone else experienced this? I had a ultrasound of my stomach area including my pelvic area and nothing showed up.
