Sharp Pain in Lower Abdomen - What Could it Be?

hi everyone I am experiencing a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen that comes and goes. I didn't have a menstrual cycle last month but I'm not pregnant. any ideas?

Try and book in an ultrasound maybe, I had something similar that turned out to be an ovarian cyst.
