Abdominal pain can be quite tricky to diagnose. Generally speaking, the abdomen is divided into 4 quadrants. Upper right and left. Lower right and left. Upper right quadrant is your gall bladder. Upper left quadrant is your stomach. Lower right quadrant is your appendix. Mid abdomen is your kidneys. Lower abdomen also has the ovaries. If the pain is sharp and constant definitely get it checked out as it could be something serious like your gall bladder, appendix, or ovariesa. A burning pain could also indicate things like UTI, kidney infection, acid reflux, ulcers.
