Excruciating abdominal pain and constant bloating

Over the past 7 months I’ve had this excruciating sharp pain in my lower stomach and a dull ache with extreme constant bloating over my whole stomach. I constantly look pregnant and the symptoms appeared out of no where developing over a week. It got so bad that I ended up in the ER. I’ve had every test possible done on me it seems and 2 laparoscopic surgeries, the first with a bad gynecologist who diagnosed me with endometriosis and the second with an amazing specialist who did not find any active disease but removed my fallopian tube because I had a Hydrosalphinx or blockage that was causing lots of pain. My sharp pain is now gone after the second surgery which brought me some relief but now I’m left with this mysterious abdominal issues. My stomach is so swollen constantly and is tender to the point I can’t wear any pants without pain. I’m already gluten free and vegetarian and have started eliminating other foods that might be an issue while waiting to get into a gastrointestinal doctor. This is really doing a number on my mental health as I feel like this is going to be a long unsolvable road that ends with me never feeling good about myself again. I’ve had to take a break from school because of it and basically put my life on hold. I walk ever day. I take my probiotics and vitamins. I don’t have a history of stomach issues and all of my internal organs have been photographed both from the inside and outside. They told me I have some small gallstones but that I shouldn’t worry about those. Don’t know what else to do but ask for advice so if you read all of this thank u <3
